I started with Glentworth Lettings in March 2010 and became Lettings Manager in 2015. I take an active role with both landlords and tenants as well as supporting the smooth running of our Property Management Team.
Within my role is the responsibility of legal, in the lettings industry this is continually changing and evolving, bringing new challenges and problem-solvers. It is exciting for me to take on this responsibility, tackle new challenges and navigate an ever-evolving legal system. This dynamic legal role makes each day unique and an enjoyable, fulfilling work experience and knowing that I can give the best advice to a Landlord is extremely rewarding.
With many years’ experiences in the lettings industry, we believe we are well informed to advise new and more experienced landlords the ups and downs of property rentals. Furthermore, Glentworth Staff attend legislative, letting agency and landlords’ courses regularly.
All our staff are accredited members of NLCE (National Landlord Code of Excellence), a member of ARLA Property Mark (Association of Residential Letting Agents), CMP (Client Money Protection) and TPOS (The Property Ombudsman Scheme). We are able to offer extensive knowledge of the pitfalls of being a landlord and can explain the pros and cons of renting your house and help avoid making crucial mistakes with your rental property.
